Four institutions specializing in leadership development, research, business advisory and institutional capacity building have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Commercial Nominees to strengthen professional capacity and improve service quality across Ethiopian institutions.
The partner institutions are the Center for African Leadership Development, Creative Leadership for Excellence, Leadwise, and SAC Business and Personal Development.
The agreement comes amid growing demand in Ethiopia for coordinated professional development and institutional reform, with organizations increasingly looking to share resources rather than duplicate efforts. Commercial Nominees, which has operated for more than 60 years as a third-party service provider, runs a training center in Gerji, Addis Ababa, and offers human resource, administration, training, facility management and event services.
Under the MoU, the institutions will coordinate their professional capacity, knowledge and experience in leadership development, institutional capacity building, human resource management and related fields. Commercial Nominees will provide human resource supply and management, institutional administration, training services, facility and property management, and event organization and management services.
Commercial Nominees CEO Commander Tilahun Tsegaye said the company has an organized training center and aims to use its knowledge, experience, skills and networking capacity to contribute significantly to leadership and capacity building for institutions across the country. He said the agreement would help bring together experts and resources from different institutions to achieve better results in leadership development, institutional capacity building, and the organization of public events and conferences.
Representatives of the partner institutions said they were pleased to work with Commercial Nominees, which has more than 60 years of experience as a third-party service provider. They confirmed that they would share their institutions’ knowledge, experience and skills to advance mutual benefit and improve results.
Ahadu Gebre Amlak signed on behalf of the Center for African Leadership Development, Yonas Tegene on behalf of Creative Leadership for Excellence, Dawit Meseret on behalf of Leadwise, and Dr. Adera Abdela on behalf of SAC Business and Personal Development.
